Sales and Warranty Information The price includes tax, delivery, and installation costs in Victoria Island, Lekki Phase 1, and Ikoyi. The warranty is void if Newmatic does not install the product.  This product has a 1-year appliance warranty and a 5-year motor warranty. A voltage regulator is highly recommended in locations with unstable power supplies. Products damaged by power surges or brownouts are not covered by warranty. Install Newmatic kitchen appliances only after construction. Damage from construction debris/dust will not be covered under warranty. Please check our Warranty & Return Policy for more details. Return and Refund Policy Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to our delivery staff immediately.  For post-delivery returns, please ensure that all products, components, accessories, and packaging are intact in the original carton box. No cash refunds after payment. A credit note voucher will be issued instead.  Installed or tampered items cannot be refunded.  Newmatic reserves the right to reject any returns in original condition.
